Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for Travel Sales / Consultants. The role involves advising clients on travel plans, managing travel arrangements, creating personalized travel packages, and handling reservations. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their travel needs, and ensuring optimal experiences throughout the booking and travel process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and experience in providing informed travel recommendations.
- Skills in Travel Management and organizing travel arrangements for clients.
- Experience with handling reservations and booking systems.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of travel platforms and industry trends is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
