Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build travel packages end-to-end: destinations, themes, pricing, and inclusions.
• Source, vet, and negotiate rates with hotels and accommodation partners across target destinations.
• Plan and optimize travel routes and itineraries for cost, time, and guest experience.
• Maintain and grow relationships with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors.
• Monitor package performance (margin, bookings, guest feedback) and refine offerings accordingly.
• Stay current on travel trends, seasonal pricing, and destination-specific requirements (visas, permits, safety advisories).
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to package and position itineraries for target customer segments.
• Handle day-to-day booking logistics and troubleshoot itinerary issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in travel planning, tour operations, or a related hospitality/travel role.
• Proven experience sourcing hotels and negotiating vendor rates.
• Strong itinerary/route-planning skills across multiple destinations.
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and vendor-relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with booking platforms, GDS/travel tools, and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple packages at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
