Job Description
Job Title: TV & Refrigerator Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and service TVs and refrigerators.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Visit customer locations for on-site repairs (if required).
- Maintain service reports and job records.
- Follow safety procedures while handling appliances and tools.
- Provide basic guidance to customers on product usage and maintenance.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or a related field.
- Experience in TV and refrigerator repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for service calls (if required).
