वीएमसी (VMC - Vertical Machining Center) मशीन ऑपरेटर की नौकरी का आसान भाषा में विवरण:


*पद:* वीएमसी मशीन चलाने वाला (VMC Machine Operator)  

*जगह:* मुंबई


### *आपसे क्या चाहिए? (Required Experience and Skills)*


1. *3 साल का अनुभव ज़रूरी:* आपने कम से कम 3 साल तक वीएमसी मशीन पर काम किया हो।

2. *प्रोग्रामिंग की जानकारी:* आपको वीएमसी प्रोग्रामिंग (G-कोड, M-कोड) की थोड़ी-बहुत जानकारी होनी चाहिए। ताकि आप प्रोग्राम लोड कर सकें और छोटे-मोटे बदलाव कर सकें।

3. *सटीक काम (Precision Work):* आपने ऐसी इंडस्ट्री में काम किया हो जहाँ बहुत बारीक और एकदम सही नाप का काम होता है (जैसे मेडिकल पार्ट्स, गाड़ी के पुर्जे या डाई बनाने का काम)।

4. *शिफ्ट में काम:* आपको दिन की शिफ्ट और रात की शिफ्ट, दोनों में काम करने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।


### *आपका काम क्या होगा? (Key Responsibilities)*


 * *मशीन चलाना:* वीएमसी मशीन को सही तरीके से चलाना और सुरक्षित रखना।

 * *समान सेट करना (Setup):* मशीन में सही औज़ार (tools) और काम का टुकड़ा (workpiece) सेट करना।

 * *नाप लेना (Quality Check):* माइक्रोमीटर और वर्नियर कैलिपर जैसे औजारों से बने हुए पुर्जों को चेक करना कि वह बिलकुल सही नाप के बने हैं या नहीं।

 * *सुरक्षा और साफ़-सफ़ाई:* रोज़ मशीन की देखभाल और साफ़-सफ़ाई करना, और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
