Job Description

  • Handle all mise-en-place and mise-en-scène tasks efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards and operating procedures
  • Greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure their comfort
  • Provide prompt and attentive service to guests
  • Minimize breakage, spoilage, and wastage
  • Prepare accurate bills and collect payments correctly
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management when required
  • Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with colleagues
  • Understand and show interest in other departmental processes
  • Build strong working relationships with kitchen and stewarding staff
  • Keep the supervisor informed about any issues or unusual situations promptly
