Job SummaryThe Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in a Quick Service Restaurant environment. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while following company standards and hygiene protocols.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers courteously and assist with menu selections.
• Take customer orders accurately through POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle cash, digital payments, and billing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery.
• Resolve basic customer complaints professionally.
• Refill condiments, packaging materials, and service supplies.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• QualificationMinimum: 10th / 12th Pass.
