Warehouse Supervisor

·        Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities including receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory

·        Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workload to warehouse workers

·        Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries

·        Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required

·        Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget related needs 

·        Organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.

·        On-time delivery of stock to the depot & Customer, day to day, Seasonal promotions and Mega Sales Event.

·        Order Execution – Order Processing, picking, staging and dispatch of all the orders released till cut off time, and achievement of the targets. Monthly achievement of sales target.

·        Making sure all Depot timely Safety audit and all safety parameters are achieved.

·        Prioritization & coordination the materials requirement in terms of quality & quantity.

·        Returns of No Norm and ageing inventory so that the Optimal inventory managed, to avoid the additional Warehouse space requirement.

·        Route Planning, review, and reduction of transit times.

·        Ensure customer service within freight cost budget.

·        Secured, Guaranteed and On-time delivery.

·        Publishing the daily MIS report to management.

·        Ensure 5S process & Kizan implement at Depot.
