Channel: – Lead Generation / Wealth Channel
- Role: Wealth Relationship Manager / Individual ContributorKey
Requirements:
- Candidates with wealth management / HNI client handling experience preferred
- Stable career profile required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Looking for individual contributor profiles
- Sales-driven and target-oriented candidates preferred
- Roles & Responsibilities:Generate and manage leads for wealth and insurance products
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance/investment solutions
- Drive sales through direct client interaction and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
