• Roles & ResponsibilitiesAcquire and manage High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and affluent customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs.
• Promote wealth management, life insurance, and investment solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling of insurance and financial products.
• Provide financial planning and investment guidance based on customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generate leads through references, networking, and company-provided opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and timely resolution of client queries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Adhere to company compliance and operational policies while handling customer transactions.
• Preferred Candidate Profile2–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Life Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Experience in handling HNI/Elite customers.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record in revenue generation.
• Stable career history with a customer-centric approach.
