Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to start their career in a dual role involving basic accounting, billing, and operational support.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounts Support:Assist in preparing and sending bills to clients (schools).

• Check and maintain proper billing records.
• 
  
• Help in updating payment status and following up for pending payments.
• 
  
• Support the team in maintaining financial records.
• 
  
• Operations Support:Check and verify inventory as per dispatch and delivery.
• 
  
• Maintain records of stock movement and reports.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the team for order status, deliveries, and materials sent.
• 
  
• Help in day-to-day coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• 
  
• Skills Required:Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• 
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
• 
  
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• 
  
• Basic understanding of billing/inventory is a plus
• 
  
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / any relevant field)
