Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to start their career in a dual role involving basic accounting, billing, and operational support.
- Key Responsibilities:Accounts Support:Assist in preparing and sending bills to clients (schools).
- Check and maintain proper billing records.
- Help in updating payment status and following up for pending payments.
- Support the team in maintaining financial records.
- Operations Support:Check and verify inventory as per dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain records of stock movement and reports.
- Coordinate with the team for order status, deliveries, and materials sent.
- Help in day-to-day coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of billing/inventory is a plus
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / any relevant field)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Internship or any basic knowledge of accounts/operations will be an added advantage
