Marol-Naka Metro Station, Mumbai 59.Working Days: Mon–Sat (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Experience: Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Accounts / MIS-based AccountingKey Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping Booking of sales, purchase, expense, credit notes, and debit notes Prepaid expense entries and monthly provisions (salary, depr., electricity, legal, tel.) Maintaining fixed asset register and recording depreciation Managing vendor outstanding and client reconciliationsBanking & Reconciliation Bank reconciliation Payment and loan EMI reconciliationTDS reconciliation and Form 26AS updatesCompliance & Taxation GST computations, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2B reconciliation Ensuring GST payable matches return filings PF and ESI reconciliation Supporting internal and external auditsInventory & Stock Control Inventory management and updating stock valuesParty & Ledger Confirmations Debtor and Creditor confirmations Resolving discrepancies in customer accounts and billingResolving discrepancies in customer accounts and billingReporting & Coordination Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements Creating reconciliation reports, maintaining tax database Emailing, client coordination, and inter-department communicationTools You’ll Use: Tally ERP / Tally Prime Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Google Drive / Shared Folder for documentationKey Skills Required: Strong skills in reconciliation, accuracy, and reporting Ability to communicate with CA and management clearly Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactiveEligibility Criteria:Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
