Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and routine audit support. The candidate should be comfortable handling financial entries, vendor payments, and customer transactions using accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, and journal entries.

* Handle Accounts Payable activities such as vendor invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.

* Manage Accounts Receivable, including generating customer invoices, tracking outstanding payments, and coordinating collections.

* Maintain accurate financial records and ledger entries in the accounting system.

* Work on GST-related tasks such as preparing GST invoices, maintaining records, and assisting in GST return filing.

* Handle TDS deductions, maintain TDS records, and assist with TDS return preparation.

* Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

* Provide necessary documents and support during internal and statutory audits.

* Coordinate with internal teams for purchase documentation, payment approvals, and financial data.
