We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our financial operations.

Job Summary:

As an Accountant at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions. You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Management:Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records.

 Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

 Budgeting and Reporting:Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

 Generate periodic financial reports and present insights to management.

 Tax Compliance:Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for filings.

 Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

 Reconciliation:Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

 Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.

 Audit Support:Prepare financial documents for internal and external audits.

 Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

 Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

 Provide support during budget planning and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

 Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are a plus.

 Experience:Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.

 Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 High attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

 CTC (Cost to Company): ₹15,000 - ₹35,000
