🔹 Job Overview:

Geecon Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines and working on real-world business problems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data collection → preprocessing → modeling → deployment)
• Deploy models into production using APIs and cloud platforms
• Work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and feature engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business teams)
• Monitor model performance and retrain models when required
• Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, tracking, and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Programming & Tools:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Flask / FastAPI for API development

✔ Machine Learning:

• Solid understanding of supervised & unsupervised learning
• Experience with algorithms like:
• Linear/Logistic Regression
• Decision Trees, Random Forest
• SVM, KNN

✔ Deep Learning:

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Knowledge of CNN, RNN, LSTM

✔ Data Handling:

• Strong skills in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Experience with SQL

✔ MLOps & Deployment:

• Experience in model deployment (API-based)
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with MLflow / DVC

✔ Cloud Platforms:

• Experience with at least one: AWS / Azure / GCP

🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in NLP / LLMs (Chatbots, Text Processing)
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Experience with recommendation systems or computer vision
• Exposure to scalable ML system designKnowledge of data visualization tools
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
• Exposure to tools like OpenCV, Hugging Face, or LangChain
