Job Description
Android Developer (Java)Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop Android applications using Android Studio and Java
- Design and implement application components using:
- Activities
- Fragments
- Services
- Broadcast Receivers
- Consume and integrate REST APIs
- Handle data using:
- JSON / XML parsing
- Local storage (SQLite / SharedPreferences)
- Implement offline-first / sync mechanisms where required
- Optimize app performance (memory, CPU, network usage)
- Debug and fix issues using Android debugging tools (Logcat, profiler)
- Ensure backward compatibility across Android versions
- Maintain modular and reusable code structure
- Use version control (Git) for code management
- Technical Skills RequiredCoreStrong proficiency in Java for Android
- Hands-on experience with Android Studio
- Good understanding of Android SDK architecture
