Area Manager

Reports To: Regional Head / Director

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Manager to oversee and manage company centres within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving profitability, conducting market research, and leading team performance across multiple locations.

• Key Responsibilities:Centre Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned centres
• Ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
• Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs
• Team Management:Lead, train, and manage centre teams
• Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are met
• Coordinate with HR for hiring and retention
• Business Development:Identify growth opportunities in the assigned area
• Build relationships with schools, partners, and clients
• Drive admissions, sales, and partnerships
• Research & Strategy:Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Suggest new initiatives, programs, or improvements based on data insights
• Reporting & Compliance:Prepare regular reports on operations, sales, and financials
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in operations, area management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Excellent leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
