Job SummaryThe Marathi and English Language Teacher is responsible for teaching students reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in both Marathi and English. The role focuses on developing language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills while fostering a love for literature and language learning.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons in both Marathi and English
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills
- Develop students’ reading and comprehension abilities
- Encourage speaking skills through discussions, presentations, and activities
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation
- Promote creative writing and literature appreciation
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
- Use teaching aids like books, audio-visual tools, and digital resources
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
