Job Title: Backend Executive


Department: Back Office _ Tata Teleservices


Reports To: Office Manager/Operations Supervisor


Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Overview

The Backend Executive for Mailing will be responsible for the efficient handling, processing, and recording of all company correspondence. This role ensures timely and accurate communication flow and meticulous record-keeping in compliance with company standards. 


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Email Communication:
  • Manage and prioritize a central email inbox, responding to routine inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Draft and send formal notices, letters, and other official communication on behalf of the company or management.
  • Escalate complex or urgent email inquiries to the relevant departments or managers.
  • Documentation & Data Entry:
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation with information gathered from mail and emails.
  • Ensure proper digital and physical filing systems are organized and maintained for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Process and verify documents, reports, invoices, and other paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordination & Support:
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational support.
  • Assist with other general administrative and back-office tasks as required by management. 


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general computer operating systems.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, etc
  • Strong typing skills and high attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
