Job Description
ADMIN:-
Communication: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to email correspondence.
Day-to-day operations, maintain office supplies inventory, and coordinate facility maintenance.
Scheduling & Travel: Manage calendars, organise team meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
Recruitment & Hiring: Sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Service Coordinator:-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Assign service calls to technicians and monitor progress.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery.
Prepare service quotations and follow up for work order
Monitor service timelines and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain customer databases and update service information regularly.
