Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities- BDE
Convert qualified leads into paying customers for Official WhatsApp API, AIQR, and Call/CRM Software and ensure smooth handover for activation.
Main Goal
• Convert qualified leads into paid customers
• Drive monthly revenue / closures
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding + support after payment
Lead Handling & Qualification
• Connect with new leads quickly (from telecaller/ Meta ads/website/referrals,WhatsApp Campaign)
• Understand customer needs and present MPillar solutions clearly with the right value proposition.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and confident communication at all times.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and responsible manner
• Recommend the right plan based on requirement (consultative selling)
• Mark lead stage in Board( Leads stage)
• Maintan Leads in CRM And Googlesheet
Demo Scheduling & Demo Done
Schedule the demo in accordance with client requests.
Fix demo with decision maker; confirm time and agenda.
show key features, Present solution with industry use-case, show workflow, explain ROI and compliance benefits
During or after the demo, professionally record any questions that customers may have.
Followup ,Proposal, Pricing & Closing
• Maintain a follow-up system
• Prepare and share quotation/proposal
• Explain ROI and value Handle negotiations and close deal:
• Send proof assets:(client success stories, testimonials, case studies, screenshots)
• Update CRM daily with:call status, follow-up date, objections, probability, expected closure
• Collect required business details for onboarding (after closing)
Objection Handling
Handle common objections like:
• Price high
• Already using other provider
• Trust issue / fake API fear
• Need time / later
• Not required / WhatsApp Business enough
Coordination & Handover
• Coordinate with ops/support after closure:activation + onboarding checklist
• Ensure customer has correct expectations (timeline, template approval, integration scope)
Daily Work Targets
• Calls to leads + follow-ups
• Demos delivered
• Proposals sent
• Closures/payment confirmations
Professional Standards
• Speak confidently, politely, and professionally
• Maintain compliance-first selling (official platform, template rules)
• No false commitments; clear communication always
