Job Description
Work directly with the Founder on business strategy and daily operations.
Coordinate with departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Support.
Track business KPIs, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business insights.
Manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and business documents.
Analyze data and recommend process improvements.
Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
Assist in planning new product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives.
Support the Founder with calendar management, meetings, and priority tasks.
Take ownership of special projects and ensure successful execution.
