Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our overseas recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationship, and driving revenue growth by promoting our manpower recruitment services across GCC and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in GCC and international markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Procurement, and Operations teams of client companies.
• Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely candidate deployment.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
