Franchise Business Development & Success Manager
Location: Mumbai (Travel Required)

Rilox E-Mobility is building India's next-generation EV rental and fleet management network through a franchise-led expansion model. We provide end-to-end operational support, technology, and fleet management solutions for electric mobility businesses across India.
As we expand rapidly, we are looking for an experienced professional who can drive franchise sales while ensuring the operational success and growth of our franchise partners.
Role Summary
The Franchise Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, managing the complete onboarding process, supporting franchise operations, and driving business growth across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development, operations, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales
* Identify potential franchise partners across assigned territories.
* Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
* Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings.
* Explain the Rilox business model, investment requirements, and ROI.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Franchise Onboarding
* Coordinate franchise documentation.
* Support franchise setup and launch.
* Ensure timely deployment of vehicles and infrastructure.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
* Conduct franchise induction and operational training.
Franchise Operations
* Monitor day-to-day franchise performance.
* Ensure compliance with Rilox operational SOPs.
* Support rider onboarding and fleet deployment.
* Resolve operational escalations.
* Coordinate with service, maintenance, technology, and support teams.
Business Growth
* Help franchisees increase fleet utilization.
* Improve rider acquisition and retention.
* Monitor revenue and profitability.
* Identify local business opportunities.
* Guide franchisees on expansion planning.
* Ensure achievement of business KPIs.
Relationship Management
* Build strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
* Conduct regular review meetings.
* Collect feedback and implement improvements.
* Ensure high franchise satisfaction.
Reporting
* Maintain CRM updates.
* Track franchise sales pipeline.
* Submit weekly and monthly business reports.
* Prepare expansion and performance MIS.
