About the Role:

UNICORN TRADERS is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDEs), with the opportunity to grow into the role of Business Development Manager (BDM). This is an ideal opportunity for both graduates seeking their first role in the stock broking industry and experienced sales professionals looking to accelerate their career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead Generation: Research, identify, and connect with potential clients interested in stock market services.

·        Client Outreach: Conduct meetings, introduce company offerings, and build strong client relationships.

·        Sales & Conversion: Assist in negotiations, deliver presentations, and support the sales process to convert leads into clients.

·        Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track sales performance, and contribute to revenue growth.

·        Client Servicing: Ensure ongoing communication and support to maintain long-term relationships.

Candidate Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.

·        MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

·        Fresher: Graduates with a strong interest in finance and a willingness to learn.

·        Experienced Professionals: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in stock broking, financial services, insurance, or call centres.

Skills Required:

·        Strong verbal and written communication

·        Proficiency in cold calling and lead conversion

·        Negotiation and relationship-building skills

·        Self-motivation and target orientation

·        Basic knowledge of the stock market is a plus
