Cashier

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Cashier & Billing Executive for our jewellery retail showroom. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer billing, daily cash transactions, and jewellery-related documentation work with accuracy and professionalism.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle daily cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions smoothly.
• Generate customer invoices and maintain billing accuracy.
• Maintain daily cash closing and reconciliation reports.
• Handle jewellery billing software/ERP entries.
• Maintain proper records of:
• Jangad entries
• Patya-Pana records
• Approval entries
• Sales and purchase bills
• Coordinate with sales and accounts team for smooth transaction processing.
• Verify customer payments and maintain transaction records properly.
• Assist in stock inward/outward entry coordination whenever required.
• Ensure proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Support management in daily operational activities.
• RequirementsExperience in jewellery retail/showroom preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing software, Excel, and cash handling.
• Understanding of Jangad and Patya-Pana process preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality.
• Ability to work carefully in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Preferred Experience1–5 years in jewellery retail cashiering/billing.
• Experience handling high-value transactions preferred.
