Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commi 1 (Indian & Tandoor) to prepare authentic North Indian dishes and manage tandoor operations efficiently in a fast-paced delivery kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare North Indian curries, gravies, and tandoor items (roti, naan, kebabs, tikka)
  • Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation
  • Handle tandoor operations safely and efficiently
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage daily mise en place and stock requirements
  • Support kitchen team during peak hours


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in Indian & Tandoor section
  • Good knowledge of North Indian cuisine
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure delivery kitchen
  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Team player with a positive attitude


Working Details:

  • Shift-based job
  • Weekly off as per schedule
