Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef with at least 2 years of experience in preparing South Indian, Chinese, Maharashtrian Breakfast, and Indian Main Course dishes. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain high food quality, hygiene standards, and consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, and chutneys.
• Cook a variety of Chinese cuisine including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, and gravies.
• Prepare Maharashtrian breakfast items like poha, upma, misal pav, sabudana khichdi, thalipeeth, and kanda poha.
• Cook a wide range of Indian main-course dishes including curries, dal, vegetables, biryani, pulao, roti, and gravies.
• Ensure food is prepared according to quality and taste standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
