We are looking for Customer Care Executives for our various branches in Mumbai who can handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle all incoming calls from the customers
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain details of enquiries, comments and complaints.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Maintain customer database.
Candidates Requirements
• HSC Passed or Any Graduate
• Should have minimum 6 months experience. Fresher’s can also apply.
• Good communication skills- verbal and written (English and Hindi).
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
