Customer Sales Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibility:

• Handle 20–30 customer chats daily via website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other online platforms.

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to generate prospects and close sales.

• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces.

• Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in online sales / tele-calling / customer handling.

• Jewelry industry experience preferred (luxury retail experience is a plus).

• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer conversion strategies.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible week-offs.

• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and chats daily.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate Skills

• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.

• Familiarity with CRM tools.

• Experience handling social media or website sales inquiries.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
