Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Australian - based utility process. This role involves handling customer queries and providing support related to utility services through calls. The position requires working in a fixed night (graveyard) shift to align with Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interaction professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to utility services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely and effective solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred skills:
- Strong problem- solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
Shift: Night Shift (Australian process - (Graveyard shift)
Working Days: 5 Days working and 2 rotational days off
Salary: 20,000 (In hand)
