Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls for SBI renewal process
  • Connect with existing customers for policy/product renewals
  • Explain renewal benefits and offers clearly
  • Upsell / cross-sell relevant products where applicable
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewals
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates



Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate
  • Minimum 3 months experience in Sales (BPO/Telecalling preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
  • Strong selling and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
