Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International BPO (Financial Services)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational/Night Shift (International Process)
Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our International BPO – Financial Services team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fraud operations, credit risk, transaction processing, or financial operations. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and monitor customer transactions to identify potential fraudulent activities.
Investigate suspicious transactions and escalate cases as per defined procedures.
Perform transaction processing accurately while meeting quality and SLA standards.
Assess fraud and credit risk in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, industry risks, and evolving threat patterns.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an International BPO or financial institution can apply.
Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an International BPO or financial institution can apply.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Fraud Operations
Credit Risk
Transaction Processing
Financial Operations
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good understanding of industry risk nuances and fraud prevention.
Ability to identify and keep up with emerging fraud threats and trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PC-based applications, internet usage, and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
