Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Customer Support Executive (CRM & Billing) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing payment entries, and coordinating service-related activities. The role involves receiving incoming calls related to sales and service, updating customer payment records in the CRM system, and ensuring timely forwarding of service complaints to the technical team.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls related to sales inquiries and service support
  • Receive, verify, and update customer payment entries in the CRM/Billing system
  • Register and forward service complaints to the technical team
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Provide customers with updates on complaint status and payment confirmation
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM
  • Support basic sales coordination and customer follow-ups when required
  • Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications
  • Specific RequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, billing systems, or MS Excel
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecom, ISP, or Cable TV will be an advantage
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
