Job Description
- Deliver catering orders safely and within the committed timeline.
- Ensure all food items, beverages, cutlery, and serving equipment are packed and transported properly.
- Set up buffet counters, serving stations, and dining arrangements at client locations as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
- Verify order quantity, quality, and checklist before leaving the kitchen.
- Handle customer queries professionally during delivery and setup.
- Collect delivery confirmations, payments (if applicable), and customer feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the Operations Manager immediately.
- Support event setup, service, and dismantling whenever required.
- Ensure company assets such as delivery bags, utensils, and equipment are handled responsibly.
