KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1) Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
2) Manage end-to-end Performance Marketing campaigns focused on generating quality real estate leads.
3) Create and monitor Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram ad campaigns.
4) Optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
5) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
6) Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
7) Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
REQUIRED SKILLS :-
1) Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2) Good understanding of Performance Marketing and lead generation strategies.
3) Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
4) Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
