Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing ExecutivePlatinum Properties is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media management, analytics and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the company and its real-estate projects.

• Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.

• Perform basic SEO activities to improve online visibility and website rankings.

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business).

• Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

• Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.

• Coordinate with the graphic designer/content team for social media posts, ad creatives and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance including leads, reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPL and conversions.

• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Research competitors, market trends and new digital marketing opportunities.

• Use AI tools for content creation, research, image generation, campaign ideas and marketing automation.

• Develop creative marketing ideas to generate quality real-estate leads.

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.

Required Skills• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads

• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge

• Experience managing Google Business Profile

• Knowledge of Google Analytics

• Social Media Management

• Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Lead Generation

• Creative Thinking

• Basic understanding of marketing funnels

• Hands-on experience with AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, image-generation tools, etc.

• Good communication and analytical skills

Eligibility• Minimum 6 months of practical Digital Marketing experience

• Candidates with real hands-on campaign experience will be preferred.

• Must be comfortable working from office.

• Candidates should be willing to work in the real-estate/digital marketing environment.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 Weekday

ImportantCandidates should have practical hands-on experience, especially in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics and lead generation.

Candidates who have only completed a digital marketing course but do not have practical campaign experience may not be suitable for this role.
