Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist – Consumer Electronics

🧠 About Us: It is a consumer electronics brand focused on premium powerbanks and charging accessories. We aim to build a trusted and scalable D2C + marketplace presence in Ireland and Europe.

🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who understands how to grow an electronics brand from scratch.

This role is focused on:

• Generating initial traction

• Driving sales

• Building brand trust

📌 Responsibilities:• Create 60–90 day marketing roadmap

• Plan product launch strategy

• Setup and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Optimize Shopify store conversion

• Suggest Amazon growth strategy (if applicable)

• Develop influencer/tech reviewer outreach plan

• Setup retargeting campaigns

• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate

• Build review & trust-building strategy

📌 Required Skills:• Experience with D2C or electronics brands preferred

• Strong understanding of performance marketing

• Meta + Google Ads hands-on experience

• Conversion optimization mindset

• Data-driven decision making

• Portfolio with measurable results
