Marketplace Growth Executive – Amazon & Flipkart

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Growth Executive who can independently manage and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in marketplace operations, listing optimization, A+ Content, catalog management, and implementing strategies that can directly contribute to increasing sales and improving product visibility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart product listings
• Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
• Create and manage Amazon A+ Content
• Optimize product images and communicate requirements to the design team
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve product SEO, ranking, visibility, and discoverability
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales, traffic, conversion rate, and other key metrics
• Identify reasons for poor-performing listings and recommend corrective actions
• Research competitors, pricing, offers, keywords, and product positioning
• Manage and improve catalog quality and listing health
• Suggest promotions, offers, coupons, and other marketplace strategies to increase sales
• Identify opportunities for improving CTR, CVR, organic ranking, and overall marketplace growth
• Coordinate with designers/content teams whenever required
• Keep track of Amazon & Flipkart marketplace updates and new growth opportunities
• Take ownership of marketplace growth rather than simply completing assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon and/or Flipkart marketplaces
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Practical experience with Amazon A+ Content
• Good understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization
• Experience optimizing listings for better ranking and conversions
• Ability to analyze marketplace data and identify growth opportunities
• Good knowledge of competitor research and marketplace pricing
• Should be comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH environment
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

PreferredCandidates with experience in D2C, fashion, jewellery, gifting, beauty, lifestyle, or similar categories will be preferred.

Experience with Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products will be an added advantage.
