Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical panels, HVAC units, plumbing lines, and mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose root causes of equipment breakdowns, fix faults, and replace defective parts like wiring, motors, and switches.
  • Emergency Response: Attend to urgent breakdown calls and manage critical utility systems (such as UPS, DG sets, or chillers) to minimize facility downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain daily activity log books, checklist records, and maintenance reports for supervisors.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, proper lockout/tagout procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
