Engineer

Overseeing day to day operations, ensuring compliance with structural schedules.

Key Roles and Responsibilities;

. Technical Supervision & Management;

setting out the site, checking materials, and ensuring that all construction work adheres to approved designs, specification, and quality standards.

. Planning & Scheduling;

Creating and updating work schedule to meet deadlines and coordinating subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.

. Safety Compliance;

Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents) and conducting regular inspections to ensure worker safety.

. Quality Control & Reporting;

Inspecting work, supervising materials testing, and maintaining daily site diaries/progress reports.

. Problem Solving;

Resolving technical difficulties and unforeseen issues on-site quickly to minimize delays.

. Material Management;

Estimating required raw materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing inventory to prevent shortages.

. Liaison & Communication;

Acting as the link between stakeholders, including project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
