Event Executive

The Event Management Executive will be responsible for organizing and executing company events such as team outings, annual functions, festivals, client meetings, webinars, and recruitment drives. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities  Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external company events.  Organize employee engagement activities including festivals, celebrations, team building events, and annual gatherings.  Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and other service providers.  Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.  Handle logistics such as invitations, registrations, transportation, accommodation, and event materials.  Collaborate with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand event objectives.  Support branding and promotional activities during events.  Prepare event calendars and maintain event documentation.  Monitor event execution and resolve on-site issues promptly.  Collect feedback after events and prepare post-event reports. Required Skills  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent planning and organizational abilities.  Creativity and attention to detail.  Negotiation and vendor management skills.  Ability to work under tight deadlines.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  Familiarity with social media and digital event tools is an advantage. Eligibility Criteria  Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.  0 to 1.5 years of experience in event coordination or event management.  Freshers with relevant internships or college event experience are encouraged to apply.
