Job Description
Fashion designer
Job description ( Male/Female age 23-38 only experience candidate)
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Client Management*: Handle clients (celebrities, aspiring actors, models, TV/movie/reality show personalities) and ensure their requirements are met.
2. *Customization*: Coordinate with clients to create customized clothing, including design patterns, fabric selection, and stitching.
3. *Workshop Management*: Oversee the workshop, including machine sewing, minor alterations, and quality control.
4. *Product Dispatch*: Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of products to clients.
5. *Online Customer Service*: Send photos of clothes, sarees, and ladies' clothing to online customers, and provide draping and fabric knowledge.
6. *Fabric Knowledge*: Understand dyeable and non-dyeable fabrics, and be able to purchase fabrics as needed.
7. *Measurement*: Take measurements from clients and artists.
*Requirements:*
1. *Age*: 23-36 years
2. *Experience*: Fashion coordination experience, preferably in a boutique setting
3. *Skills*: Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, and draping
4. *Timing*: 10 am to 9 pm, with 2 Sundays off per month (10 am to 9 pm on Sundays)
5. *Other*: No personal mobile use during work hours, office mobile use only
*Perks:*
1. *Meal breaks*: 30 minutes lunch break, 2 tea breaks, and 1 snack break
2. *Leave*: 2 Sundays off per month, with Saturday and Monday holidays resulting in 2 absences counted
3. *Salary*: 20,000-25,000 in between in hand .
