Field Engineer

Job Title: IT Hardware and Networking Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware and Networking Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting hardware and network systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Management:

  - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  - Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues

  - Manage inventory of IT hardware assets

2. Network Administration:

  - Design, implement, and manage local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs)

  - Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls

  - Ensure network security and performance

3. Network Security:

  - Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls

  - Monitor network traffic for security threats

4. CCTV and Surveillance:

  - Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment

  - Ensure CCTV systems are integrated with existing IT infrastructure

  - Troubleshoot and repair CCTV system issues

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

  - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues

  - Provide technical support to end-users

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  - Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and configurations

  - Provide regular reports on IT infrastructure performance and security
