Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Provide accurate information to visitors and respond to inquiries promptly.
Handle basic office documentation and maintain records.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
