Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Graphic Designer at our agency.

The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioural user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product. Awareness and a knack for of GenAI technologies - we aim to take a leadership position in the quality and impact of GenAI advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design research and forecast (brands, catwalks, campaign, colours, etc.) to keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices. Develop and showcase creative direction and assets for every project.

2. Collab, design and propose insights, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients to ensure the content, image and design practices are as per brand guidelines

3. A collaborative and team-oriented attitude with optimism about the role of GenAI in creativity.

4. Leads the design for large projects – like website, social presence, and advertising initiatives – while placing a strong emphasis on innovation and best in class design work

5. Pushes the boundaries of the design craft through relentless ideation and prototyping

6. Generating impactful creative solutions built on solid strategic foundations clearly linked to solving a client challenge with an ability to sell ideas with energy and conviction to that client

7. Owning and leading projects and giving direction to more junior members of the team

Qualifications And Experience:

1. Candidates preferably with design education

2. Good understanding of fashion trends, graphic trends, etc. is mandatory

3. Creative flair, originality, good aesthetic sense and strong in innovation

4. Keen on strategy and research based projects to deliver successful designs

5. Should possess good team management skills

6. Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc. 

7. Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting 

8. Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative 

9. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud 

10. Proficient in Figma, Framer and similar web based platforms

11. Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills.
