Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Hair Cutting & Styling:


  • Cut, trim, and shape hair according to client preferences or standard styles.
  • Style hair using tools like flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers.
  • Provide hair treatments, including scalp massages, conditioning treatments, and more.
  1. Hair Coloring & Chemical Treatments:


  • Perform coloring, highlights, or balayage based on client requests and color trends.
  • Apply permanent, semi-permanent, or temporary dyes.
  • Provide chemical treatments, such as perms, relaxers, and straightening.
  1. Client Consultation & Recommendations:


  • Consult with clients to determine their hair goals, offering professional advice and suggesting styles or treatments.
  • Make recommendations for hair care products that fit the client’s hair type and needs.
  1. Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
  • Maintain a sterile environment, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized.
  1. Customer Service:


  • Offer an excellent customer service experience by making clients feel comfortable and understood.
  • Handle any client concerns or complaints with professionalism and respect.
