Job Description
Customer Support Executive (Inbound Calls & Vendor Coordination)Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
- Book service requests and update customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with service vendors/partners for job assignments.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, service status, and feedback.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and vendors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or telecalling preferred.
Location: Office-based

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and vendor management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
