🚁 We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – Accretion Aviation (Indore)

📍 Location: Mumbai (Work from Home)

🕐 Schedule: 6 days/week | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

📈 Average deal size: ₹6,500–₹1,00,000

🎯 Leads: 80% inbound | 20% outbound

What You'll Actually Do

You’ll speak directly with people who are ready to book:

Helicopter rides for proposals, pre-wedding shoots, joyrides

Yacht charters in Mumbai, Goa, and Chennai

Air ambulance and chartered flights (in some cases)

Most calls are from inbound leads — couples, travel agents, wedding planners, and HNIs — asking for pricing and availability. You’ll respond fast, follow up, close the deal, and coordinate with ops to make it happen.

This is not a cold-calling grind — but it is a volume game. Speed and clarity win.

You'll Like This Role If:

You’ve sold anything before (1+ year in B2C or B2B sales)

You speak fluent English and can hold a clear, confident conversation on the phone

You enjoy closing deals with decision-makers — not chasing “maybe later” leads

You’re curious about aviation, yachts, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences

Report to experienced manager who trains you 1-on-1
