Integrated Facility Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Facility Operations Management

• Oversee daily facility operations across all services
• Ensure smooth functioning of building infrastructure and utilities
• Monitor service delivery as per agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

2. Soft Services Management

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and pantry services
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace upkeep
• Manage vendor staff attendance, grooming, and performance

3. Hard Services Management

• Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, etc.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure minimal downtime of critical equipment

4. Vendor & Contract Management

• Coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers
• Track contracts, renewals, and service quality
• Verify bills, invoices, and work completion reports

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire norms, and statutory requirements
• Conduct safety audits and emergency drills
• Maintain documentation for inspections and audits

6. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor facility expenses and optimize costs
• Track consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and suggest improvements

7. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact for clients/occupants
• Address complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels
