KOT Executive / KOT Operator – Job ProfileKey Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately through the POS/KOT system.
• Generate KOTs and ensure orders are sent to the correct kitchen section.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Service and Delivery teams for timely order preparation.
• Monitor pending, delayed and cancelled orders.
• Verify order details, modifications, special instructions and quantities.
• Ensure KOTs are punched correctly to avoid wrong orders and food wastage.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager/Chef regarding order priority.
• Handle dine-in, takeaway and online orders as applicable.
• Maintain proper communication between the front and back of house.
• Report any system, billing or order-related issues to the Manager.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards and operational procedures.
• 12 hours shift.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations
• Previous restaurant/KOT/POS experience preferred.
